2023 Section E11 Conclave

Every year, each of the five lodges in Section E11 converge for a weekend at a local scout camp to celebrate The Order’s founding principles: Brotherhood, Cheerfulness and Service. Throughout the weekend, Arrowmen will participate in fun activities, team/lodge competitions, witness amazing shows, view historical displays, trade patches, and many other exciting events. Each Conclave is hosted by one of the lodges of Section E11 who works in coordination with the Section Officers to put together the event program.

When and where is Conclave?

The 2023 E11 Conclave will take place June 2-4, 2023 at Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation and will be hosted by Kittatinny Lodge.

Who can attend?

Conclave is open to all dues-paid members.

How much does Conclave cost?

The cost for Conclave is $42 and will cover covers all program, meals and materials. Register Here.

Transportation

Participants must secure their own transportation to and from the event. Some car-pooling may be available, the Lodge will try to arrange this where possible.

Theme and Activities

This year’s Conclave will be “An Interplanetary Ordeal”. A space-themed event with fun activities such as: lodgeball; volleyball; ultimate Frisbee; obstacle Course; rockets; planetarium; International Space Station docking; space-related challenges, and historical displays.

Guest Speaker

Terry Hart, former NASA engineer and Space Shuttle astronaut (STS-41C; 1984) will be our guest speaker at Conclave.

The Conclave Trading Post will be open throughout Conclave, but the best way to ensure you get the swag you want is via our online pre-order. All orders must be picked up at Conclave. We will not ship merchandise.

BSA Medical

Don’t forget! All lodge members attending Conclave need to have a current BSA Medical (Parts A & B).
