Contacting the Lodge

Please contact the Lodge through the Member Portal system. It is available at portal.oa-bsa.org.

In the Member Portal, you can

• Contact the Lodge or your Chapter
  • Please only contact your Chapter for questions related to Unit Elections and Chapter events. For all other OA questions, please contact the Lodge Chief and Lodge Adviser or Technical Support.
• Print your OA Membership Card.
• Update your email addresses, phone numbers, and street address with the Lodge.

You will login to the member portal with your ArrowID. You will need to have claimed your member portal in the past through an email you were sent. If you are unable to access the portal please contact anyone in the Lodge Leadership and ask to be connected with the Membership Team.
